Our on-tour mobile app gives participants access to their full itinerary, travel documents, and real-time updates, all in one place. GPS tracking adds an additional layer of safety and awareness during the tour.
We also provide customized communication materials to help schools share trip details clearly with students, parents, and chaperones.
Registration, Payments & Chaperone Support
Our online registration system allows participants to complete forms, submit deposits, make payments, manage rooming lists, and access trip details with ease. Flexible billing and payment options help make travel more accessible for families.
One free chaperone is included for every 20 students, with additional chaperones easily added to meet your school’s needs.
