We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 13 years of age without verified parental consent.
We collect information about minors, including Name and Contact Data, Demographic Data, Passport Data, and Medical/Dietary Data, from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. We use such information to facilitate the minor’s trip with us.
We may contact a minor under 13 years of age via his/her email address in order to communicate with the minor about his/her trip including, but not limited to, suggesting the minor download certain mobile applications. Such mobile applications may allow the minor to communicate with other tour participants before, during, and after the trip, and may allow the minor to upload pictures and videos taken during the trip.
Other than as described herein, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from minors under 13 years of age without verified parental consent. In the event we learn we have collected personal information from a minor under 13 years of age without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe we may have any such information from a minor, please contact us using the contact information below.
9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
